The incompetence of AMAREX is well documented by FDA statements (including the RTF letter). What better evidence can you have in a court case when a big government agency certifies several times the incompetence, sloppiness and gross negligence of your opponent.
If they say they were "overworked and understaffed" for this long period of time then this would be (in my opinion) a case of gross negligence of AMAREX management. There is no escape for AMAREX.

I also hope Cytodyn will take a closer look on CD10 and CD12, who knows what they will find there too buried in the data ...
