PTM1: All Sidley fees would be hourly, and the rates for paralegals, associates, junior and senior partners billing time to these cases would be each's individual hourly rate as set by the firm based on experience levels and perceived talent. At the upper levels you're talking north of $1,000 per hour. The fees will be very hefty, but, in my judgment far more well spent than what management has paid for Amarex's services.
