hmm...that's really interesting. i guess my question is - if you found that on your own (about their 10-year track record of submitting and getting BLAs approved being very weak) is how did the company miss that? it's one thing for a passive investor to miss it, but you would think the company did deep, extensive diligence before entrusting Amarex with such a critical role.
