I know PPSI was loosing money but Doc was changing the company strategy. Univec actually bought PPSI if I remember reading it right, Doc did not start PPSI but was changing the company strategy.
Read old post on the long storied syringe business, not a lot of revenue when the financials stopped with the 15-12g. Doesn't matter Univec owed Doc, he took the only assets private. Now we get them back, that is all that matters IMO.
