I don't believe there is an 8k "material event" issue because we are not re-registered yet with the SEC. I am almost positive that as soon as the SEC approves a registration it is immediately disclosed on Edgar so no registration as of today, IMO. Doc can voluntarily put out an 8k, on Edgar but don't hold your breathe on that until Doc is ready.

There is a 10 day rule on OTC Markets concerning "material events", but I have a logical reason why he would not have to follow that OTC Markets rule.
