Why is subsidiary Bella Electric w/ 1 employee and house for an office a subsidiary? 53K of revenue? That's less than a food truck in the winter.
This SNPW conglomerate is starting to look like a house of cards.
- MedRecycler-RI is no longer owned by SNPW
- National Mechanical Group is dormant according to 10-q with no known or published mailing or physical address/phone/contacts
- Sun Pacific Power is dormant but received $66K in PPP claiming 6 employees?
- Bella Electric is dormant according to 10-q
- Street Smarts is losing hundreds of thousands per year when it was projected to do 5+ mil per year.
Feels like a game of pin the tail on the donkey.
