I also want to know about this mysterious Pyro SS LLC
I was wondering how they could get named relating to a 500K convertible loan in a SNPW SEC filing as an LLC entity before they officially filed with Pennsylvania as an LLC on October 12, 2020. They are tied to the pyrolysis equipment relating to the MedRecycler-RI project with permit denial being appealed.
Who are these guys? Who owns this company? I also noticed they have an address along with 5 other LLCs that were formed at about the same time as Pyro SS LLC.
