FYI - Nugenerex Diagnostics, LLC is not an "empty shell". The original lease (see Exhibit A in Original eFiled complaint dated 9/20/2021) for "10102 USA Today Way" was signed by Hema Diagnostic Systems, LLC on 5/13/2007, which Generex aquired on 1/17/2017 and renamed Nugenerex Diagnostics, LLC.
Also, it looks like Generex Biotechnology and NuGenerex are in "Suite 200". If they did the accounting properly, there should have been some intercompany reimbursement for any space (Nu)Generex used (i.e. Suite 200)...
