not based on that share count and Rule 144..If unvc is sec compliant then he'd have to 8k that acquisition within 4 days of the announcement. he eluded to acquiring the clinics in the Bioremedies pr which means he must have used his own funds to do so but who really knows.

he didn't use the form 144 shares to buy the clinics.
