nov 28 quorum - is cytodyn going to go to the delaware chancery court BEFORE or AFTER nov 28? i was under the impression that because the quorum was not met last time, that they would go to the court before this next meeting. i mean, what has changed that would cause people to flip their 13D vote into a positive for management? nothing, and they will vote or abstain like last time
also there are lot of people that claim the voting system did not cast their vote, any consensus on that?
