So Im not sure about the end of your post and the ref to Heparin and Surgery...any use of Hep or ASA(aspirin like) products is a NO NO before surgery...
the Docs do NOT want any effect on Bleeding diathesis...bleeding time is already compromised by surgery..they dont want any additive effect or else the Bleeding can be uncontrollable....one can Bleed out from Hemorrhage!
