Will there be a statistical penalty applied for doing the 50 patient interim?
A year ago Nader was steadfast in not doing the severe/critical interim to avoid the penalty. I guess in hindsight whether that was a good idea or not could be debated but CD16 has such a legitimate chance of achieving stat sig, and could be so crucial to the company's future, that taking a penalty seems like a massive gamble.
