I emailed Scott Kelly several days ago and got boiler-plated...it was all good...I said this..." the upcoming vote is being cast as a Contested Solicitation...and obviously any sense of the word solicit in the sentence... sets off alarm bells to investors...what can be done?...brokerage houses are responding in kind...WE don't need any more interference from any entity... friend or foe...and Nov. 24th is drawing ever close."...Scott copied Peter Casey from Alliance Advisors to make sure my votes are counted. I spoke at length to Peter and Tom at Alliance.
I came away with this advice...WE are Blue Card people and IF you vote Blue cards (Company) ...they will supersede any and ALL cards whether blue or the dreaded white...there is NO overlapping vote...whether you change your mind or not Your LAST vote is what counts...SO VOTE your conscience and your money.
