It's not just about how many millions more we should pay Amarex or not pay Amarex. Or even how many they should pay us back.
Obviously there should be, at some point, very large damages awarded to CYDY.
I don't know for certain how much Amarex damaged our CD12 trial, but my hunch is: a lot.
Even without that, though, how much better would the company's financial position be if Leron had been approved for HIV a year and a half ago? If we were listed on Nasdaq; if we hadn't had to take all those toxic loans; if we'd had a LOT more money to put into Covid trials; if we hadn't had to fight off the 13D attempt at a takeover... where would our share price and balance sheet be now? How much better would our chances have been to get Leron approved for Covid?
I don't think I know the answer. But I think the answer, in dollar signs, is more than one hundred million. And if the reason they messed up is because their pockets were lined, let's unline those pockets.
