Anything is possible at this point, but the real stimulus we need is announcement of Health Resources merging with Univec. HRI is the base, the “mothership” to which Univec will be built on. We need that. Just over a month and half left in the year, let’s see where that lands and when and were Dr Dalton places the other PRs that will have an effect on the PPS.
