Good point. I am wondering what coverages may apply on an insurance policy, example, does the insurer need to offer defense in the matter? If so the insurer will surely be thinking down the road for any damages that may be alleged.
But you make the point that Cytodyn may not be seeking damages at this point, only seeking to have the court agree with their position.
