I believe DWAC will leave DJT Chairman of the Board and Commander and Chief of...The United States of America "The Company" and Republic.
The Original Charter was The Virginia Company "The Company" became the United States of America "The Company" and Republic.
That Charter had a Hostile takeover in the 1600's and the (Stuart , Stewart) Family was removed. We then got the Union of the Crown in 1701 and the European Cousin's were installed.
Trump seem to have been the Trustee to the Bankrupt DC Corp.
