$4000 USD per course of treatment sounds good for getting critical patients home. The host was IMO also signalling that the 200,000 Philippine pesos was much better than other expectations in the millions of pesos.
At worldometer, Philippines + Brazil had about 4000 Covid19 deaths combined on a 7 day moving average. Reaching 10% of those cases would supercharge the ability to run trials in additional diseases IMO. Plus I believe most of those ventilated patients getting leronlimab would get to hug their loved ones again. JMO
