Company's value is negative at this point...insolvent means insolvent for a reason. Not gonna change because the company has ideas... or proposals hanging out there...or potential financing ...or potential replacement states for operations. The ships have sailed.

Too many distractions with the CEO. Critical windows of opportunity have passed. The blind leading the blind. Didn't execute when needed to. Spent way too much time on personal things outside of his SNPW duties. People don't get rewarded for making big mistakes that affect the wallets of thousands.
