Peeps - TA is verified...Alex W. HAD 112M common shares as he FOUNDED it. See below link
188.5M is tradeable FLOAT BUT you have to subtract the 112M from it because he passed away (late July 2021) and those shares have to be moved to beneficiaries' brkg accts. He is dead so he can't trade em. Neither can his benes until his estate settles. THINK
188.5M - 112M "frozen" = 76.5M (Then subtract those that KNOW this and are holding real tight) That is at least 11M off of that.
so TRUE TRADEABLE FLOAT for Atwec Technologies is approx. 65.5M as I see it. Thoughts ????
