We got bookends again!

Short at 1.92 and cover at 1.99

That's how you make money in the upside-down pineapple world!

What hit them?

Since we got time, let's take another look at valuations

Whatnot: $1.5 billion valuation
Bambauser: $600 million valuation
NTWRK: estimated valuation of ~$400-500 million
PopShop Live: $100 million valuation

Let's take a look at a few...

PopShop Live isn't saying anything about Revenue. Enough said as it's probably next to zero, but they are almost valued as much as Verb

Zoominfo says revenue NTWRK is $11 Million

wow-ted2.gif

They have 100K+ downloads on Google Play, but then again, most of them aren't paying unlike Verb's downloads which are much higher.

Download the app like I did. Buy some Pokémon cards or some gym shoes as there seems to be a lot of both

So valued at over 3x what Verb is with less revenue and only ONE product. If that ONE product doesn't take off, the company is OOB.

Once Verb's MarketPlace gets released which should be 'shortly', the market will realize not only do they have a Live ecommerce streaming site & app, but a whole suite of other products and vertical (i.e. a real company) and it's publicly traded.

Verb's MarketPlace isn't even launched yet and has over 3,000 followers. That is impressive.

Bambauser had 34.8M in revenue last quarter, but there is a catch. That is in Swedish Krona which translates to less that $4M.

So when Verb's revenue gets to $4M they should be valued at $600M?

That is 4.5x where the market cap sits today.

That would put Verbie at a nice round $9 a share

No wonder why the shorts are turning and burning

Lastly, lets take a look at WhatNot

According to Zoominfo, revenue is < $5 Million

How many raises did they do this year? Was it 2, 3 or 4? I lost track.

"Since May, the company has added categories such as vintage fashion and sneakers."

You know what? That is the same 'stuff' I pretty much see on NTWRK and a LOT of it.

Don't people have other 'stuff' to sell?

Oh and you probably already remember...

Whatnot is valued at $1.5B

One Point Five Billion!

Valuation is based on supply and demand. Not a lot of Live Stream opportunities and everyone wants in

Soon Verb will have their MarketPlace out there and let the market demand take over the sp
