That is it! I'm selling everything! NOT! Come on guys, we are invested in an OTC stock that has been struggling for decades!
The 1st case (CACE20015691) was mentioned in the last 10-Q.
The 2nd case (CACE21017610) is still in process and is for <$20K and should be explained in the upcoming 10-K. It seems to only mention NUGENEREX DIAGNOSTICS, LLC (formerly HEMA Diagnostics) in the complaint.
A ton of companies stopped paying rent during Covid. They could issue 150K shares to pay for this. I would like to think this is positive, because they choose to spend the money on something that has a better return!
