He would PR that it got filed because he TOLD us it would be filed by a certain time, and the truth of the matter is that he is not reputable when it comes to doing WHAT he said he was going to do WHEN he said he was going to do it, hence our tanking share price and the growing concern over his ability to lead this company. To tell us you're going to do something and then not let us know when you do it...why bother telling us a timeline at all then? He didn't have to give a timeline other than to try to stem the bleeding of the share price. How'd that work out for ya so far, NP?
