If I recall correctly, NP stated last week that the BTD would either be filed last week or this week. Now if I was the CEO and made that statement, and was well aware that my share price would likely hit another 52 week low thanks to shorts if it wasn't filed when I said it would be, I would make DAMN sure that my people had it filed no later than Thursday evening of the final week so that we could PR it on Friday morning and give no more ammunition to the shorts.

Even if they DO file today and PR it for Monday, we're now in an even deeper hole to try to crawl out of than we needed to be.
