What makes more sense?
1. Cro takes 18 months and still doesn't put data in bla. Cro is at fault?

Or

2. Np is getting frustrated with bla not being filed after 18 months and says get the damn thing filed now. Np is at fault?

Ohhh yeah. Np wrote an email and that will absolve cro of responsibility?

Clearly with that email np released all responsibility of cro to do the job they were paid millions and are experts. But sure... np is at fault for trying to goose them along.

But.... we just don't know. Except we do know for sure an email is a nail in the coffin regardless of 18 mo of non performance.
