You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but just using your own words such as "things don't always materialize" and "potential for success" and "could disappoint double digit times" should tell you something.
The share price will move when CYDY actually ACCOMPLISHES something positive, start to finish, and rightfully so. So far, the street has seen nothing materialize, potential not be reached over and over, and disappointment double digit times (based on NP's words of what was always about to happen). We've been hearing about "near term catalyst!" for years now and thus far, it is all unrealized potential. New buyers want good results, not smiles and empty promises.
There is no reason that a small biotech like CYDY, with no revenue, no money, and no completed trials meeting endpoints or BLA's filed to be worth as much as you say it should be. Yes, there are shorts, but there are NOT tons of new buyers out there to overpower them at this time, because everyone is waiting for potential to be realized once...in anything...before getting involved in a company with our track record and bank account (and maybe management?) thus far.
