I loathe conspiracy theories, but I'd be curious what some folks berating others here for their views believe actually happened regarding 2 vs 4 dose in CD12 and the DSMC debacle. It's old news IMO but it's being dug up again so what the hell...
Those two failures cannot be blamed on Nader (and yes, I know many other missteps *can* be). Dr. Lalezari has clearly stated the FDA refused 4 doses, despite numerous requests.
So I ask why? Hulk, you start.
Corruption?
Incompetence?
BP conspiracy?
Likewise, why did the DSMC fail so miserably to identity poor distribution of patients in the trial, and also suggest checking data at 42 days when clearly the drug was leaving patients bodies midway through the 28-day trial?
Again... Corruption? Incompetence? BP conspiracy?
