I disagree that the incentive to block LL will get higher. The guilty will retire and those that remain will claim innocent. If CytoDyn proves its case in a statistically significant trial, (such as current Brazil trial), those that remain will approve. It boils down to the saying Live to Fight Another Day. CytoDyn is in that other day right now.
