Of the 28 mTNBC patients, 21 (75%) had reduced CTCs either at baseline (3/21, 14%) or after LL (18/21, 86%). Of those 21, they had improved overall survival, from the typical say 1-2 months, up to much higher (personally, I think the 3600% is probably a Nadderism; i.e. confused number). Given that the median would be the survival of the 10th and 11th patients (out of 21), I guess the median OS is probably out to 18-24 months now, and still going since most of the subjects are still alive and haven't reached the final OS?
