Last week I posted this pic of Q3 vs Q2 insider holdings. One thing no one discussed publicly was the reduction in shares owned by Dr Dalton. There are about 98 million fewer shares listed. They were NOT sold on the open market because this happened in Q3 and we saw no form 4.
