proxyvote.com is the correct address. If you suspect it is a phishing email look at the raw email. The sender as listed on the previous email read - 167.212.2.8 (EHLO JSQMailer1.broadridge.com). The ip address is most likely the same if it is not a phishing email.
You can also hover over the VOTE NOW button and at the bottom of your browser you should see https://www.proxyvote.com followed by a series of random looking numbers and letters that is a unique signifier.
