That was a showing for the bashers to show strength… This is something I wouldn’t worry about if we had revenue but we don’t. No biotech wants to have to seek financing when selling approved shares is a guaranteed way to finance our trials. But you keep showing the pessimistic view Craig.
It’s way more costly and risky to leverage your own only collateral in Leronlimab for high risk high cost financing that could result in losing Leronlimab as collateral. Nobody wants that risk as an investor.
Maybe the 13d group would like to make it as difficult as possible to get financing and help to bankrupt us.swoop in and steal Leronlimab from us all.
It’s way more financially sound to sell some approved shares that were allotted by the shareholders to save us the risk of very expensive financing that is even much worse than Fife. It also protects our company from losing our only true asset In Leronlimab that would be that collateral.
It’s a no brainer to me and many here that we absolutely need to approve the 200 million shares the BOD is asking for. It’s what secures our investment another year and adds strength to any negotiating that our company might do. We can’t afford to not approve those shares. Those 200 million shares provide the safety for our investment and any negative view of this is just purely bashing in any disputing this needed agenda item.
