The Blue card to me represents a disputed vote still when there should be no disputed vote again. This just adds to the confusion of what if someone. Has a ballot hanging around and submits the wrong color on accident. Can’t these brokers get their shit straight and know by now that there is no disputed election going on? Should our lawyers send a form letter email to their legal department informing them of this issue?
