There has actually been some news that, for whatever reason, has apparently been ignored. NGIO filed a response to the USPTO for the Trademark “Complete Vaccine”. The response was due on October 23rd, but that was extended to the next business day, since the 23rd was a Saturday. The company agreed with the Examiner. Now, unless the Examiner has any other issues, the Trademark will issue.
