I am definitely a "less government" type of person.

That being said, if these funds actually go to working programs ( Like Time & Doc ) instead of into individuals pockets, I'm all for it.

Just do a quick internet search on how many past mayors and/or mayoral candidates have criminal records in Baltimore. It won't give you the warm fuzzies.

We all know someone that has been affected with opioid misuse.

I still want to see verification that we are involved in the federal substance prevention program. Doc's tweet didn't settle that for me.
