The EDGAR filing deadline is 10:00 PM ET.
They missed the deadline (10/29) for the 10-K, so they would have to file a NT 10-K at this point with an explanation by 10:00 PM today. Then they have a 15-day extension to file the 10-K, which would bring us to Monday 11/15. They could technically file the 10-K at any point after filing the NT 10-K.
