Events to look for to impact the price significantly:

1) 8K rolling the 5 companies into UNVC in Q4 (i.e. between today and end of the year)

2) PR or PR's announcing new deals

3) 8K Confirming the partnership with BioRemedies or that BioRemedies is a new subsidiary of UNVC

4) 8K Confirming the partnership with nurish.me or that nurish.me is a new subsidiary of UNVC

5) PR announcing the partnership with Amazon

6) PR announcing the deals with RiteAid, Walmart and/or Walgreens

7) PR clarifying the CARF clinics

The Q4 and 2021 Audited Financials that will be released between Jan 31 and Feb 14, 2022 with the huge Revenue and Profit dollars based on all the subsidiaries that have become part of UNVC in Q4

9) Announcement of uplisting to the NasDaq

Until we start to see some of the above - we will not see new money and new investors buying shares and causing intense buying pressure that will cause the price to significantly increase.

Once the 8K is released trading will be halted until the new price based on the new "book value" of UNVC is determined,
