As happy as I am with all the news and clarity given from Dr. Dalton, I am very surprised the PPS hasn't risen more than it has the past week. I do not plan to sell my shares anytime soon and I haven't sold a share in the 1.5 years I have been holding. I just expected an official PR to affect the PPS more than pure speculation did earlier this year to raise the price to $0.16. Anyone have an idea of why it seems to be stagnant?

Conversely, it is very nice to continue getting cheap shares though..
