because Swordman has blocked my ability to respond to their PM's - i'm posting their msg to me with my response:

My response (if i could send privately i would):
yes, why did Amarex not get the BLA done? Reverse split and up listing was an idea at the time and was based on the supportive string of PRs that would have happened if Amarex did their job and Cytodyn was a Revenue generating company. stayng on the OTC would be stupid if we were generating HIV revenue. Unfourtunatly, Amarex did not get it done.
