I agree, looking at the RTF it looks like many issues were stuff missing, Amarex just had to put it in. I don't think the data did not exist. I'm sure Amarex told Nader the issues were easy to correct, why they did not is what is really baffling. At this point the RTF only hurts Amarex's reputation and makes Cytodyn look like and inexperienced biotech that hired a bad CRO.
