I have no idea where the revenue will come from with this company. It appears what little bus stop advertising revenue, they do generate, consistently results in significant negative cash flow and requires additional lending or private capital in exchange for more stock dilution through millions of shares of convertible debt.

You might be right about a lengthy amount of time before the unsecured projected projects throw off any revenue. That's if the company can sustain losses for another fiscal quarter or two. Otherwise, it would be a case of hoping the sum of the parts are greater than the whole. All I can see is the realignment/ownership of any remaining assets, changing the status of various entities and limiting liability, as part of preparing for turning out the lights. I hope someone can convince me that my gut feeling is wrong.
