My worry is since QMC is not required to file with the SEC, that they'll drop an 8K stating that Pasaca is no longer in the picture, AFTER the Proxy has gone through and they start submitting their required docs for going public.
Basically, what I am saying is that I hope QMC isn't withholding negative news regarding Pasaca in order to get a better chance at approving the proxy.
