Kazem co-founded Amarex in 1998...acquired by NSF in 2019...shortly after things started to go sideways at Amarex...we've been associated since 2014...not sure who was responsible for pulling the trigger on Amarex...but, being Persian may have something to do with it...and the fact that the CEO had the insider credentials.
