Speculation based on experience:
Somewhere, an in-house coverage attorney for a large insurance company is pouring through an insurance policy looking for limits for errors and omissions coverage. Probably putting the excess carrier on notice that a claim is forthcoming. But that's just my speculation. Someone hold up five fingers.
