So here's the modus operandi, argue about things that didn't go well in the past saying "could this be administrative incompetence?" and never mention positive outcomes and potential success in the future.

Every time something successful comes up, put doubt into investors minds by saying "if you look at the other side of this, I wouldn't consider this a success" and then when attacked for being so negative, either make a joke, or say "lighten up, I was just trying to put the facts out there, but we don't have enough information."

All the time the thing that's being argued about is totally irrelevant to what's going on now and what will happen in the future. Also left out is after the alleged incident the stock went to 10, was attacked by Citron, had two FDA trials, was slow walked on the second trial, was attacked by the FDA, was attacked by 13d, was nipped by the FDA in India, PI, had a successful LH trial and has been slow walked by the FDA on the second half of LH Trial, set up two trials in Brazil which were started in May and had first injections in Sep., sold product in PI, had great cancer results, etc... The incident is NOT significant anymore and is being used to bash CYDY.
