My overall point, and yes I read the RTF (it is the first one I ever read), is that it opens a lot of questions as to WHY those things were left out. Did NP push them to file before they had a chance to add them? I DON'T KNOW but maybe that was the point of them releasing those emails.
I know some on this board like to cling to anything that absolves CYDY management of all wrongdoing, even in the face of potential questions (such as how do you spend $80mm with seemingly no oversight? who was in charge at CYDY and dropped the ball?) but as I said before, we have miles to go before we sleep on this one.
I don't think anyone is going to "show me up" just yet, as all I have said is that I need more facts based on those emails and what the RTF referenced as being problems. If Amarex had filed a sloppy document on their own without direction from CYDY, then yes, there would be a major problem with Amarex, but if they did it at the insistence of NP, well, that is a whole other story. We just don't know yet.
