If you have, please reference section by section why you believe the way you do, much as another attorney Aaron has done elsewhere about this topic. His analysis has been posted to several stock boards.
Please read the FDA RTF letter and then get back to us with your thoughts. It's 20 pages of scathing detail directed to Amarex as CytoDyn's agent. After reading the letter, you come to understand Recknor's recent comment about Amarex and whether they were qualified for the job.
