The thing about the RTF is that Amarex allegedly told NP that the BLA was NOT ready to be filed and he allegedly told them he needed it filed anyway to pacify shareholders and not look bad.
"Allegedly" is the key word here, as it allows us to understand that until anything is proven in a court of law, it is still "he said/he said" in this case.
If it is proven that NP actually DID knowingly tell Amarex to file a BLA that was not ready and Amarex advised him of that, then I wonder what people on this board will think of NP. Will they try to claim that Amarex is framing him? I bet some will.
For me, at this point, things are about as clear as charcoal.
