I don't think that anyone is arguing as to who owns the data (CYDY), but if you're not paid on time and give up all of the data, you have no leverage. Was Amarex doing its job or not? I really don't know that we have all of the facts to determine that yet. There's a lot of finger pointing going on and that really sucks for the sick people who NEED Vyrologix.

If Amarex didn't do their job, CYDY should be getting a lot of money back, which would be great.
