I’m making assumptions once more. However, assuming Cytodyn found fault with the work performed by Amarex and refused to pay, alleging work did not meet expectations, I see little recourse for Amarex other than withholding data to force payment.
Of course there are likely explanations of which I am unaware, but this certainly seems a plausible, if not likely, chain of events.
